SUP Tour - Ilha dos Amores e Rio Paiva
The most spectacular SUP route in Portugal: waterfalls, deserted beaches, calm and crystal clear waters.
The tour begins at "Ilha dos Amores", in the Douro river, and then we enter Paiva river. This area is the calmest of Paiva and has crystal clear and safe waters, only accessible by SUP or kayak. Along the way, we will find waterfalls and small beaches to enjoy some refreshing dives.
Suitable for all levels and excellent for initiation.

Notes
9.30 am: Meeting point at Matosinhos, in front of the Onda Pura Office.
10.30 am: Check in at the pier in front of Ilha dos Amores.
11:30 am: Start at the Douro River in front of Ilha dos Amores. Go around the island paddling and climb the Paiva river, with some stops to refresh and enjoy the landscape, which includes some waterfalls.
2:00 pm: End of the tour.
