The user agrees that Waves Republic provides to third parties information regarding the habits and customs of the clients as statistical information, only for the establishment of partnerships, not including the identity or characteristics of any particular user.

Booking information

In order to use the Platform for the purpose of booking an experience, you are required to enter certain information about yourself. We may collect the following information:

First and last name;

Email address;

Phone number

Country location

Other information relevant to your booking (e.g. Kids age)


Your booking details are not visible to third parties, except for your first and last names, which are visible to the Organizer.

We collect the information above mentioned in order to provide you with a better experience and to be able to contact and assist you before, during and after your experience in Portugal.

We also may use your e-mail to keep you updated about the products we provide and to let you know about our special offers which we think may be suitable for you.



By taking surveys you may submit information about yourself. In submitting this information you can also provide us with so called sensitive personal data. Look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes. If there is no check box, then your data will not be used for marketing purposes
