Notes
Brief explanation of the basics of diving, equipment and diving techniques.
Structure:
A theoretical-practical session where some concepts are introduced and the practice of some basic exercises in swimming pool, followed by a dive in the sea. Watch what the underwater world has to offer, with the greatest comfort and safety. Diving will be done from the coast.
Duration:
Half-day, which can be in the afternoon or in the morning.
Requirements:
Be at least 10 years old.
Included:
All necessary equipment, insurance and PADI participant guide.
Assigned:
